Plain HTTP fetch through our proxy pool. No browser. Right for static HTML, JSON APIs, RSS.

FAQ
- What counts as a billable request?
- A successful HTTP response from the target site, returned to you with a 200. Captcha-unsolved (422) and our own 5xx are not billed. Customer-side 4xx (auth, rate limit) are not billed either.
- What do the render multipliers mean?
- The base unit is a plain HTTP fetch (render=none, 1x). A JavaScript render is 2x the base unit. A stealth render — full browser context with captcha solving — is 3x. Your included quota and overage rate are expressed in base units.
- Do you charge for captcha solves?
- No. Captcha solving is included in the render mode — reCAPTCHA v2 and the harder vendors are on us, not on you.
- What can I NOT scrape with this?
- Login-walled sites, banks, dating apps, social media login pages, anything resembling credential stuffing or DDoS. See acceptable use for the full list. We block these at the gateway, not just contractually.
- Cloudflare? DataDome?
- Not in v1. We do not claim full Cloudflare bot management bypass or DataDome bypass. If that's your hard requirement today, use Bright Data Web Unlocker or Zyte. Come back to us when reCAPTCHA-protected gov / public records sites are the bottleneck.
- How does Scale pricing work?
- Contract. Email team@ghostfetch.io with your volume estimate and a sample of target domains. We will quote based on render mix and worker pool reservation.
